By Jane Downing

Whilst the occurence of an ovary cyst or the development of ovary cyst symptoms are several, we have concentrated on they key factors.

1. Whilst genetics plays a leading part in the cause of an ovary cyst, it has been determined that alterations to lifestyle can eliminate some of the ovarian cyst symptoms. Comparisons between those who suffer from ovarian cysts against those who don't have a show the two cases have a different genetic pattern.

2. Weakened Immune System: A weakened immune system, for one of many different reasons, including something as simple as sleep deprivation or malnutrition, or as complex as a serious disease, may inadvertently result in the formation of ovarian cysts as the body is less able to protect itself.

3. Poor dietary choices: Different types of food including the ones rich in carbohydrates, junk food toxic food and acidic food can bring about hormonal imbalance and can weaken your immune system making you more vulnerable to ovarian cyst. Similarly diet rich in sugar and low on fresh vegetables can make the task of flushing out toxins difficult thereby aggravating ovarian cyst problem

4. Resistance to Insulin: A resistance to insulin may also lead to ovarian cysts as too much of this natural substance causes the ovaries to produce abnormal amounts of the male hormone androgen, also reducing the levels of SHBG, another hormone that is known to aggravate the condition.

5. A Lack of Ovulation: In some women, their ovaries do not release an egg as normal each month, and in turn, fail to produce adequate amounts of the hormone progesterone causing a hormonal imbalance within the body, and eventually, leading to the development of ovarian cysts.

There are many primary factors, which lead to ovarian cysts. These factors should not be isolated however, as sometimes the combination of these factors can together lead to the causes of ovarian cysts.

Besides the above primary factors, toxins in liver and even environmental toxins can aggravate ovarian cysts. Hence, ovarian cyst condition is not a simple one to understand or treat. Conventional wisdom blinded by hackneyed forms of treatment cannot treat and cure ovarian cysts. To treat this complex disease, a multidimensional view adopted by the holistic approach is needed. Holistic approach is also effective as it deals with a variety of factors and manages to find out the root cause of the disease. Then, systematically with a comprehensive method, the practitioner can help you bring about many lifestyle changes, which can aid in treatment. Hence, when it comes to curing ovarian cyst, a holistic approach is required to understand the causes of ovarian cysts and to treat this condition in a scientific and holistic manner. - 15252
