So what is the fastest way to lose weight without killing yourself. This is a question I get asked a lot. If you want to lose weight and stay healthy there are a few things you must do. So lets get started!

What to drink to lose weight.

The first thing you need to do is to make sure you drink plenty of water. Why? Firstly because water has zero calories. Secondly because water will help to flush out your body of antioxidants, which will help you to lose weight.

You may already know that one reason that water is a great thing to lose weight is because it helps you to feel full. So aim to drink at least 8 glasses a day to help supress your appetite.

Eating & the fastest way to lose weight

I recommend eating atleast 5 small meals a day. The most important meal is breakfast which should never be skipped. Make sure you have a healthy but fulfilling breakfast every morning to stop you from snacking throughout the day.

The reason for eating 5 small meals is because eating 5 healthy smalls a day will keep your hunger supressed and as you will be drinking plenty of water your small meal will fill you up causing you to eat less and lose more weight.

Vitamins

Your body needs vitamins and protein which you can get from eating healthily but it never hurts to take some daily all in one vitamins to give you that extra boost you need. These dont cost a lot and can be picked up from your local supermarket, drug store or health shop.

When it comes to taking vitamins I also take acai aswell.

Exercising to lose weight fast.

And lastly the most important thing you can do to lose weight is to exercise everyday. It is recommended to do atleast 30 minutes of light exercise a day but in my opinion that is not enough. Yes at first start off with 30 minutes but do as much as you can. Try doing a 30 minute jog a day if you can, or join the gym. The best thing you can do and the most effective is to go swimming.

Im sure it will excite you to know that the best way to lose weight is swimming and it is also the easiest and most relaxing. If you can't swim you can simply walk in the water. Try to do swimming everyday.
